Shop Consult

The HomeWorks Shop Consult is a one-on-one, in-store session designed to help you confidently select furnishings and decor available through HomeWorks.

What’s Included

  • 75-90 minute, one-on-one in-store session at HomeWorks

  • Review images of your space needs, goals and overall direction

  • Guidance on furniture scale (advisory only - no drawing or floor plans are provided)

  • Curated recommendations for furnishings: furniture, rugs, lighting, upholstery, casegoods and large scale decor (mirrors, art scale guidance)

  • Professional input on how pieces can work together cohesively in your home

  • Styling guidance to help selections feel intentional and balanced

  • A curated shopping list of HomeWorks pieces following your session

  • The opportunity to ask real-time questions while reviewing pieces in person

What’s Not Included

  • Design drawings, floor plan layouts, elevations or renderings

  • Construction or renovation guidance

  • Space planning beyond high-level, verbal recommendations

  • Custom design work or bespoke furniture design

  • Vendor, contractor or trade referrals

  • Purchasing outside of HomeWorks

  • Delivery coordination, installation or styling

  • Selection of wallpaper, paint colors, tile, stone, flooring, cabinetry, millwork or any other hard materials

  • Small accessories (although you can find many unique finds while shopping at the store!)

  • Window Treatment measurements or selections

  • Revisions, follow-up design work or ongoing project involvement

    *The Shop Consult provides professional guidance and a curated shopping list but does not include technical drawings or project management.

Investment

$250 for a 75-90 minute in-store Shop Consult.

The consult fee can be applied as a credit toward HomeWorks furniture and decor purchase of $5,000 or more made following our session.

If no qualifying purchase is made, the consult fee is retained as a payment for time and expertise. The consult fee applies to HomeWorks product purchases only and is non-refundable.

Consult fee credit applies to a single HomeWorks purchase and must be used within 60 days of the consult.
