HomeWorks Shop Consult
Our shop consult is an in-store, one-one-one session designed to help you make confident furnishing and decor selections using pieces available through HomeWorks.
During your consult, we will discuss your space, style and priorities, then curate a cohesive set of furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories that work well together. Following the session, you'll receive a shopping list of recommended HomeWorks pieces to purchase.This service is ideal for clients furnishing a room or refreshing a space who want professional guidance without engaging in full-service interior design.
This service includes expert product selection guidance and a HomeWorks shopping list only. It does not include construction guidance, design mood boards or drawings, floor plans, elevations, custom design work, vendor coordination or referrals, purchasing outside of HomeWorks, installation/styling or ongoing project management.
For projects that extend beyond furnishings or require a broader scope, we’re happy to discuss full-service interior design through Black Salt Interiors.

Window Treatments & Installation
We offer in home and in store consults for selecting window blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. Lending a guide to which fabrics, materials and mechanisms work best aesthetically and functionally in your home. Each space may call for different types of window coverings and we can guide you to what works best in each room. We also offer measuring and installation so you don’t have to life a finger. Lamp Repair
Have an old lamp that you love but doesn’t work anymore? We can help repair it! Please text the number below with photos and a description of your lamp repair request and we will reply with a quote. Include details on the size, style, and issue with your lamp. The final scope of work and cost will be assessed by the lamp repair technician and prices can vary. The minimum fee for our lamp repair services is $35. We charge this base fee even if our technician evaluates the fixture and cannot fix it.
Chandelier lamp repair service is done on a case by case basis. Before bringing your lamp/s in to the store please leave any lamp shades or any other fragile removable pieces at home to avoid any damages.
If calling is preferred, please call ahead when dropping off your lamp. Contact us with any questions or concerns!
*Unfortunately we do not repair lamp shades or halogen lamps. We also do not provide welding or soldering services. Lamp repair is offered only at our Kensington storefront location.
