Shipping

HomeWorks offers free shipping to anywhere in the United States! White glove delivery and freight delivery fee costs will apply for large heavier freight items (furniture, rugs, lighting, etc.) at an additional cost. Please email support@shophomeworks.com for a freight quote.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer due to any reason (size, color, material, texture, buyers remorse, etc.). Please email us at support@shophomeworks.com for assistance.

GENERAL POLICY

Our team at HomeWorks has hand selected these products because we love them. We have created a curated collection of all the best quality items in the market. We are a small family-owned business and believe that we offer unique products that sets us apart from some of the bigger companies. However we understand that sometimes things can go wrong and that our policies may differ from other larger retail companies.

Accessories purchased in store can be returned or exchanged in store within 14 days with proof of purchase. Accessories exclude rugs, lighting, mirrors, art and furniture. Any discounted or holiday items purchased online or in store are final sale.

All items purchased online are not returnable or refundable. If your product arrives damaged, HomeWorks will work to have the exact item replaced as soon as the product is available.

All larger items in store are not returnable or refundable. This includes furniture, rugs, mirrors, art and lighting.

Any items that are not in the store and are special ordered through a store sales associate or affiliate designer are not returnable or refundable. If your product arrives damaged, HomeWorks or the affiliate designer will work to have the exact item replaced as soon as the product is available.

We ask that our customers consider all things before purchasing (size, color, material, texture, etc.). HomeWorks is not liable for buyers remorse or any perceived differences in appearance from the products online and the same product in person. HomeWorks is not responsible for any apparent differences in variation of color or texture from samples to full sizes products.


FURNITURE

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

If a defect is discovered and/or delivery is refused, please contact our Customer Experience team within 24 hours at support@shophomeworks.com. Anything outside this window of time may not be accommodated.

Furniture that is refused/turned away at the time of delivery due to size will be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only. We cannot cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once it has been transmitted to our vendors and fulfillment centers. Furniture that is refused due to non-damage or non-defect related feedback will be issued store credit as a refund less the original shipping and handling fee charges, up to 25% restocking fee (per item), and any return shipping fees.


FURNITURE SHIPPING & DELIVERY UPDATES:

Most of our freight items will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock, most pieces ship within 3-8 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece.

The local carrier agent representative will assist in moving and placing the piece in the desired space of your home. If the item needs to be assembled or taken up a flight of stairs an additional white glove fee may apply. Before your appointment, please make sure the walkway and the area where you’d like the item placed are clear. The delivery agent are not permitted to move existing furniture to make room for the new item. They are also unable to remove unwanted furniture or make any modifications to your home.

STOCKED DECOR ACCESSORIES

We accept returns for decor accessory pieces within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and no damage/usage of the product. Accessories exclude rugs, lighting, mirrors, art and furniture. Any discounted or holiday accessory items purchased online or in store are final sale. We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.


FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that discount or holiday seasonable items are not returnable or exchangeable. Sale items are identified by an original price strike out with sale price listed, red price tag, and/or sold during the dates of a promotional sale event.
